Data we collect
Rider waiting list: your email, your favourite circuits if you give them, your type of vehicle (motorcycle or car), your language and the page you signed up from.
Organiser waiting list: organisation name, email, website or social media, the plan you are interested in and, where applicable, the profile you are claiming.
We collect nothing else. The server keeps no visitor logs. To prevent abuse, your IP address is kept in memory for 10 minutes at most and then deleted.
Why and on what legal basis
To email you about the PistaPass opening and its news, with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To contact organisers about their profile and plans, with their consent.
Sign-up uses double opt-in: you receive an email and you are not added to the list until you click the link.
Recipients
The lists are managed with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Francia), the processor that sends the emails (https://www.brevo.com). We never sell or share your data with third parties.
A copy of each sign-up (with its date) is also kept in a private file on our server, hosted by OVH, which only we can access. If you unsubscribe or ask for erasure, we delete it too.
How long
Until you unsubscribe. If you open or click no email for 3 years, we delete your data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdrawing your consent at any time: every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to info@pistapass.com.
You can also complain to the French CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or the Spanish AEPD (www.aepd.es).
